1. With reference to service bid awarded
against Id GEM/2020/B/558358 for hiring of 09 Nos Data Entry Operators at INS
Dronacharya, Naval Base, Kochi
2. The contract value of the above service
bid is Rs. 25,68,133.62 for a period of one year. The contract has been started from 14 May 20
for 09 Nos DEOs. Request confirm what
will be the vendor profit against the contract value. On confirmation from buyer , they said it
will be 0.01% of the contract value i.e Rs. 257/- only.
3. As per your 0.01% calculation it comes
only 257.00 for entire contract period of this bid value. In view of the above,
it is requested that the company profit should be realistic/ Justified. Where as while bidding
the restriction has been imposed for endorsing the services charge which has
been fixed as per GEM terms and conditions.
4. Request your valuable guidance with
respect to services charge/Admin profit against the contract value to be
charged.
